Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are generally final.
However, refunds may be considered if:
- Work has not started
- Cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment
- A documented failure to deliver agreed services occurs
No refunds will be issued for:
- Completed milestones
- Delays caused by the client
- Third-party services (hosting, tools, APIs)
