REFUND POLICY

Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are generally final.

However, refunds may be considered if:

  • Work has not started
  • Cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment
  • A documented failure to deliver agreed services occurs

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Completed milestones
  • Delays caused by the client
  • Third-party services (hosting, tools, APIs)
